I have always loved drawing and making, especially work inspired by underwater life. After graduating from Plymouth University with a BSc in Marine Biology and Coastal Ecology and a MSc in Coastal and Ocean Policy, I was lucky enough to get to work in one of the most highly regarded marine science laboratories in the world, where I have been for more than 16 years.

I have produced artwork for educational resources, identification guides and scientific papers. Several of my illustrations have appeared in books and interpretation panels.

I Like to experiment with new media and styles, including ink, paint and digital. I also model with wire and polymer clay.

I live in South Devon with my wife and three daughters and regularly visit the incredible shores and moors for inspiration.
