Sandbanks Illustrations Complete

For the past few months (I must confess this took a little longer than originally planned due to lockdowns and home-schooling!), I have been working on an exciting commission for Natural England, attempting to bring-to-life and share the incredible marine life that is found in abundance on North Sea sand bank habitats. Using a seabed ‘cut out’ approach, and digital painting, I have tried to capture both the vastness of the landscape and the rich wildlife communities living on and buried beneath the seabed. The images will be used by Natural England to promote these habitats and raise awareness as part of the organisation’s valuable work protecting England’s natural land and seascapes. Here are a few crops of the final pieces provided to the client. I am able to provide licenses to use these graphics in various formats and I give discounts for education and charitable uses, so please get in touch if you want to discuss!
